Fondation RERO+

RERO+ is a center of competence and services for libraries, based in Martigny, Valais. Established in 2021, it succeeded RERO (Réseau des bibliothèques de Suisse occidentale) to adapt to the evolving landscape of libraries in Switzerland. The foundation aims to support libraries across the country through various projects, including RERO ILS, a multilingual library management system developed in collaboration with UCLouvain. The foundation's mission includes promoting open access and ensuring the preservation of scientific publications through initiatives like SONAR, a national institutional repository. RERO+ is committed to enhancing library services and fostering collaboration among libraries to meet contemporary needs effectively.
